Modern Warfare 3 prestige shop explained
The Modern Warfare 3 prestige shop is available in the multiplayer section of the game. You can buy several items here in exchange for prestige tokens. You earn 1 prestige token every time you prestige in Modern Warfare 3 and one extra if you ever prestiged in Modern Warfare 1, Modern Warfare 2, World at War and Black Ops. One extra token can be earned if you reach clan level 50 in CoD: Elite.
The items available in the Modern Warfare 3 Prestige Shop are the following:
- Extra custom class
- Double XP
- Double weapon XP
- Regular package
- Unlock gear
- Hardened package
- Veteran package
- Reset all stats
Modern Warfare 3 Prestige Shop items
Extra custom class:
This unlocks an extra custom class. In the beginning of the game, you are given 5 preset classes, as wel as 5 custom classes. Pay for this item to unlock an extra custom class. You can have 10 custom classes in total.
Double XP:
This will give you 2 hours of double XP.
Double weapon XP:
This wil give you 2 hours of double XP for your weapons.
Regular package:
This will give you one extra emblem and title. Only available via the Modern Warfare 3 prestige shop. The title is ‘Far Superior’ and the emblem is the golden cross from Modern Warfare 1.
Unlock gear:
This item will give you the option to choose a weapon, perk or equipment that will be available all the time. Even if you keep on prestiging.
Hardened package:
Available after 5th prestige. The title is ‘Supreme Being’ and the emblem is the the 10th prestige emblem from Modern Warfare 2.
Veteran package:
Available after 10th prestige. The title is ‘Pure Talent’ and the emblem is a half-rotated golden skull.
Reset all stats:
This item is only available if you reach 10th prestige and it will reset all your stats. Need a fresh start, this is it!
